Coconut Macaroons

- 4 Egg Whites
- 250 g Caster Sugar
- ¼ tsp Fine Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 200 g Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 160C fan
Add all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan on medium heat.
Stir the ingredients, making sure it doesn't stick to the bottom
Use an ice cream scoop to measure out the macaroons and place them on a lined baking tray
Bake for 17-20 mins, until golden brown
